For cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
For cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price due.
For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price due.
For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price due.
For cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price due.
If the tenant does not communicate that he will not (no longer) use the rented property until the day of commencement of the rental period or during the rental period, the tenant remains liable for the full rental price.
